Atheist Rational Scientific Religion
ARSR is a non-theistic, rational, scientific, humanist, and continuously evolving philosophy of life. It is founded on reason, evidence, scientific inquiry, human equality, freedom of thought, compassion, and respect for nature. ARSR recognizes no supernatural authority, divine command, unquestionable scripture, or individual as the ultimate source of truth. It encourages every person to question, investigate, verify, and make decisions using credible evidence and consideration for humanity and the natural world.
Although ARSR uses the word 'religion' in its name, it does not claim divine revelation, supernatural power, or sacred authority. It is a human-created, non-theistic ethical framework.
Do not accept Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Ishwar, Allah, Jesus as a divine being, or any other god, goddess, deity, or supernatural authority as an established reality without sufficient, credible, and independently verifiable evidence. Do not treat any religious scripture as infallible or beyond question. Examine its historical, archaeological, and other factual claims through evidence and rational inquiry.
Do not consider the rituals, ceremonies, worship practices, sacrifices, or customs of any religion necessary for morality or human well-being. Do not regard temples, mosques, churches, gurudwaras, or other places of worship as inherently sacred or as unquestionable sources of truth or authority.
Recognize the equal dignity, rights, and fundamental worth of every human being. Reject casteism, untouchability, racism, colourism, and discrimination based on birth, social status, physical appearance, or identity. Never practise, promote, justify, or support such discrimination.
Work towards equality, justice, dignity, and fair opportunities for all. Oppose systems, traditions, and practices that create artificial hierarchies, exploitation, exclusion, or inequality among people.
Treat women as equal human beings with equal rights, dignity, freedom, and autonomy. Never reduce any person to an object of physical or sexual gratification. Respect personal choices, boundaries, consent, and independence. Reject sexism, harassment, exploitation, and gender-based discrimination.
Act honestly and responsibly in personal relationships. Respect every person's bodily autonomy and right to make decisions about their relationships. Do not engage in adultery, deception, exploitation, or betrayal of mutually agreed relationship commitments.
Apply a scientific temperament in everyday life. Give priority to reason, logic, observation, experimentation, critical thinking, and verifiable evidence rather than blind faith, unsupported assumptions, or unquestioned tradition.
Do not accept a claim, statement, theory, or belief as established truth without sufficient supporting evidence and sound reasoning. Distinguish facts from opinions, assumptions, hypotheses, and speculation. Be willing to revise beliefs when credible new evidence becomes available.
Do not believe in ghosts, spirits, demons, black magic, witchcraft, tantra-mantra, or supernatural powers without reliable evidence. Reject superstition, fear-based practices, and claims that do not withstand rational examination.
Do not blindly accept irrational, unscientific, contradictory, or unsupported claims made by any religion, ideology, institution, or individual. Apply the same critical examination to ARSR and its principles. No belief is exempt from questioning.
Adopt a naturalistic and materialist approach to understanding reality. Study the world through nature, matter, energy, physical processes, and scientific explanations. Prefer evidence-supported natural explanations over unsupported supernatural explanations. Do not confuse philosophical materialism with greed, consumerism, or the accumulation of wealth.
Prioritize humanity, compassion, and mutual welfare over religious identity, caste, race, nationality, or social divisions. Help others without requiring religious, financial, or personal rewards. Respect every person's freedom of thought and conscience.
Protect nature, biodiversity, animals, water, air, and the environment. Consider the effects of decisions on present and future generations. Avoid causing unnecessary harm to living beings and the natural environment.
Respect the right of every person to think independently, ask questions, disagree, express opinions, and criticize established beliefs. Never impose ARSR or its principles through force, intimidation, discrimination, or coercion. Respect each person's freedom to accept, reject, or leave ARSR.
Keep ARSR open to criticism, discussion, research, and new ideas. Add principles when they are supported by sound reasoning, credible evidence, and consideration for human welfare. Revise or remove principles that become outdated, inaccurate, harmful, or disproven. No principle is untouchable merely because the founder or earlier members accepted it.
Do not treat the founder, leader, member, philosopher, scientist, or any other individual as an unquestionable authority. Evaluate every person, statement, and decision through evidence, reasoning, ethics, and accountability. The founder of ARSR is also open to criticism and correction.
नास्तिक तर्कवादी वैज्ञानिक धर्म
ARSR एक नास्तिक, तर्कवादी, वैज्ञानिक, मानवतावादी और निरंतर विकसित होने वाला जीवन-दर्शन है। इसकी नींव तर्क, प्रमाण, वैज्ञानिक जाँच-पड़ताल, मानव समानता, विचारों की स्वतंत्रता, करुणा और प्रकृति के सम्मान पर आधारित है। ARSR किसी अलौकिक सत्ता, दैवी आदेश, प्रश्नों से परे धार्मिक ग्रंथ या किसी व्यक्ति को सत्य का अंतिम स्रोत नहीं मानता। यह प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को प्रश्न करने, जाँचने, सत्यापित करने और मानवता तथा प्राकृतिक संसार के हित को ध्यान में रखकर निर्णय लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है।
हालाँकि ARSR के नाम में 'धर्म' शब्द है, यह किसी दैवी प्रकाशना, अलौकिक शक्ति या पवित्र एवं अचूक सत्ता का दावा नहीं करता। यह मनुष्यों द्वारा निर्मित एक नास्तिक नैतिक जीवन-दर्शन है।
ब्रह्मा, विष्णु, महेश, ईश्वर, अल्लाह, यीशु को दिव्य सत्ता के रूप में तथा किसी भी अन्य भगवान, देवी-देवता या अलौकिक सत्ता को पर्याप्त, विश्वसनीय और स्वतंत्र रूप से सत्यापित प्रमाणों के बिना स्थापित वास्तविकता के रूप में स्वीकार न करें। किसी भी धार्मिक ग्रंथ को त्रुटिहीन या प्रश्नों से परे न मानें। उसके ऐतिहासिक, पुरातात्विक और अन्य तथ्यात्मक दावों की जाँच प्रमाणों और तार्किक विवेचना के आधार पर करें।
किसी भी धर्म के कर्मकांड, समारोह, पूजा-पद्धति, बलि या परंपराओं को नैतिकता अथवा मानव कल्याण के लिए अनिवार्य न मानें। मंदिर, मस्जिद, गिरजाघर, गुरुद्वारे या अन्य पूजा-स्थलों को अपने-आप में पवित्र अथवा सत्य और अधिकार का प्रश्नों से परे स्रोत न मानें।
प्रत्येक मनुष्य की गरिमा, अधिकारों और मूलभूत मानवीय मूल्य को समान मानें। जातिवाद, छुआछूत, नस्लवाद, रंगभेद तथा जन्म, सामाजिक स्थिति, शारीरिक बनावट या पहचान के आधार पर होने वाले भेदभाव को अस्वीकार करें। ऐसे भेदभाव का अभ्यास, प्रचार, समर्थन या औचित्य सिद्ध न करें।
सभी के लिए समानता, न्याय, गरिमा और उचित अवसर सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में काम करें। उन व्यवस्थाओं, परंपराओं और प्रथाओं का विरोध करें जो लोगों के बीच कृत्रिम ऊँच-नीच, शोषण, बहिष्कार या असमानता पैदा करती हैं।
महिलाओं को समान अधिकारों, गरिमा, स्वतंत्रता और निर्णय लेने की स्वायत्तता रखने वाला समान मनुष्य मानें। किसी भी व्यक्ति को केवल शारीरिक या यौन सुख की वस्तु के रूप में न देखें। व्यक्तिगत पसंद, सीमाओं, सहमति और स्वतंत्रता का सम्मान करें। लैंगिक भेदभाव, उत्पीड़न, शोषण और अन्याय का विरोध करें।
व्यक्तिगत संबंधों में ईमानदारी और जिम्मेदारी से व्यवहार करें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की शारीरिक स्वायत्तता और अपने संबंधों के बारे में निर्णय लेने के अधिकार का सम्मान करें। व्यभिचार, धोखा, शोषण या आपसी सहमति से तय संबंधों की प्रतिबद्धताओं का विश्वासघात न करें।
दैनिक जीवन में वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण अपनाएँ। अंधविश्वास, अप्रमाणित धारणाओं या बिना प्रश्न स्वीकार की गई परंपराओं के बजाय तर्क, विवेक, अवलोकन, प्रयोग, आलोचनात्मक चिंतन और सत्यापन योग्य प्रमाणों को प्राथमिकता दें।
किसी दावे, कथन, सिद्धांत या मान्यता को पर्याप्त प्रमाण और ठोस तर्क के बिना स्थापित सत्य के रूप में स्वीकार न करें। तथ्य, विचार, अनुमान, परिकल्पना और अटकल के बीच अंतर करें। विश्वसनीय नए प्रमाण मिलने पर अपनी मान्यताओं में संशोधन करने के लिए तैयार रहें।
भूत-प्रेत, आत्मा, राक्षस, काला जादू, जादू-टोना, तंत्र-मंत्र या अलौकिक शक्तियों में विश्वसनीय प्रमाणों के बिना विश्वास न करें। अंधविश्वास, भय पर आधारित प्रथाओं और उन दावों को अस्वीकार करें जो तार्किक जाँच पर खरे नहीं उतरते।
किसी भी धर्म, विचारधारा, संस्था या व्यक्ति के अतार्किक, अवैज्ञानिक, विरोधाभासी अथवा प्रमाणहीन दावों को आँख बंद करके स्वीकार न करें। यही आलोचनात्मक जाँच ARSR और उसके सिद्धांतों पर भी लागू करें। कोई भी मान्यता प्रश्नों से परे नहीं है।
वास्तविकता को समझने के लिए प्राकृतिकवादी एवं भौतिकवादी दृष्टिकोण अपनाएँ। प्रकृति, पदार्थ, ऊर्जा, भौतिक प्रक्रियाओं और वैज्ञानिक व्याख्याओं के माध्यम से संसार का अध्ययन करें। प्रमाणों से समर्थित प्राकृतिक व्याख्याओं को अप्रमाणित अलौकिक व्याख्याओं पर प्राथमिकता दें। दार्शनिक भौतिकवाद को लालच, उपभोक्तावाद या धन-संचय के समान न समझें।
धर्म, जाति, नस्ल, राष्ट्रीयता या सामाजिक विभाजन से ऊपर मानवता, करुणा और आपसी कल्याण को प्राथमिकता दें। धार्मिक, आर्थिक या व्यक्तिगत लाभ की शर्त रखे बिना दूसरों की सहायता करें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की विचार एवं अंतरात्मा की स्वतंत्रता का सम्मान करें।
प्रकृति, जैव विविधता, पशु-पक्षियों, जल, वायु और पर्यावरण की रक्षा करें। अपने निर्णयों के वर्तमान और आने वाली पीढ़ियों पर पड़ने वाले प्रभावों पर विचार करें। जीव-जंतुओं और प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण को अनावश्यक नुकसान पहुँचाने से बचें।
प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के स्वतंत्र रूप से सोचने, प्रश्न पूछने, असहमति जताने, विचार व्यक्त करने और स्थापित मान्यताओं की आलोचना करने के अधिकार का सम्मान करें। ARSR या उसके सिद्धांतों को बल, धमकी, भेदभाव या दबाव से किसी पर लागू न करें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को ARSR स्वीकार करने, अस्वीकार करने या उससे बाहर जाने की स्वतंत्रता दें।
ARSR को आलोचना, चर्चा, शोध और नए विचारों के लिए खुला रखें। ठोस तर्क, विश्वसनीय प्रमाण और मानव कल्याण को ध्यान में रखते हुए नए सिद्धांत जोड़ें। पुराने, गलत, हानिकारक या प्रमाणों से खंडित सिद्धांतों में संशोधन करें अथवा उन्हें हटाएँ। किसी सिद्धांत को केवल इसलिए अछूत न बनाएँ कि संस्थापक या पहले के सदस्यों ने उसे स्वीकार किया था।
संस्थापक, नेता, सदस्य, दार्शनिक, वैज्ञानिक या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को प्रश्नों से परे सर्वोच्च प्राधिकारी न मानें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, कथन और निर्णय का मूल्यांकन प्रमाण, तर्क, नैतिकता और जवाबदेही के आधार पर करें। ARSR का संस्थापक भी आलोचना और सुधार के लिए खुला रहेगा।
